Description

We'll meet at the Monumental Flag at the Port of Ensenada and proceed to an open-air venue for an introduction to mezcal and tequila, Mexico's renowned beverages.

The experience begins with a tasting of three mezcals of the espadín variety, where you will discover their flavours and aromatic subtleties along with their unique characteristics.

Next, we'll taste three types of tequila: blanco, añejo, and reposado. You will learn about the differences and distinct flavours of each type, guided by an expert who will explain their nuances.

To complement this sensory experience in Ensenada, we will enjoy a ceviche prepared on the spot, enhancing the flavours of the mezcal and tequila.

The activity will last between 2 and 2.5 hours, after which you will be able to distinguish between mezcal and tequila and appreciate the story behind each bottle!
