We'll meet at the Monumental Flag at the Port of Ensenada to visit a pleasant open-air location where we'll delve into mezcal and tequila, Mexico's renowned beverages.

The experience begins with a tasting of three espadín mezcals. You will discover their unique flavours and aromas, as well as what makes each of them distinctive.

Next, you'll taste three types of tequila: blanco, añejo, and reposado. An expert will guide you through these varieties, explaining their differences and characteristics.

To complement this sensory experience in Ensenada, a ceviche prepared on the spot will be served, enhancing the flavours of the mezcal and tequila.

The activity lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours, after which you will be able to distinguish between mezcal and tequila and understand the story behind each bottle.
