We'll start at the Monumental Flag at the Port of Ensenada and proceed to an open-air venue to delve into the world of mezcal and tequila, Mexico's renowned beverages.

The experience begins with a tasting of three mezcals of the espadín variety, where you will explore their various flavours and aromatic subtleties that distinguish them.

Following this, we will taste three types of tequila: blanco, añejo, and reposado. An expert will guide you through these varieties, explaining their differences and characteristic flavours.

This sensory experience in Ensenada will be complemented by a ceviche prepared on the spot, enhancing the enjoyment of the mezcal and tequila with the dish's freshness.

At the conclusion of the session, lasting between 2 and 2.5 hours, you will be able to differentiate between mezcal and tequila and appreciate the narratives behind each bottle!
