We'll meet at the time of your choice at Praia Ofir beach in Esposende, where we'll provide all the necessary equipment for your surf lesson.
On the beach, you'll have an hour of theory class where you will practice how to stand up and balance on the board. Regardless of your level of experience, the instructor will assist you to ensure you enjoy the class.
Next, we will wade into the Atlantic to apply what we have learned and ride some real waves. The instructor will be present to help you perfect your technique in the water.
At the end of the activity, we will return to the starting point to give back the equipment.
