We'll meet at the time of your choice at Praia Ofir beach in Esposende, where we'll provide all the necessary equipment for your surf lesson.
On the beach, you'll have an hour of theory class focusing on how to stand up and balance on the board. Regardless of your level or experience, the instructor will offer support throughout the session.
Following the theory, you'll have the opportunity to ride some real waves. We will enter the Atlantic to practice what we've learned, with the instructor present to assist you in perfecting your technique.
At the end of the activity, we'll return to the starting point to return the equipment.
