Enjoy a guided tour of Esquel and a visit to the ski resort of La Hoya in the heart of Andean Patagonia.
Esquel and La Hoya Tour
After picking you up at your hotel at 2:30 pm, we'll start a one-hour panoramic tour of Esquel, exploring the city’s main points of interest.
We'll begin by visiting Esquel's City Hall and Plaza General San Martin, then take a moment to see the Seion Chapel, built by the first Welsh settlers in Argentina. The tour will conclude at the Melipal Cultural Center.
Next, we will head to La Hoya, a renowned ski resort located half an hour from Esquel, where we will enjoy a one-hour guided tour of the slopes, reaching an altitude of 1350 meters (4,500 feet) above sea level.
During the autumn-winter season, you can admire the snow-capped peaks. Visits in spring or summer will reveal more of the rocky landscapes of the mountains.
Finally, we will return to your hotel in Esquel, arriving at 4:30 pm.
