Immerse yourself in the flavors of Morocco on this street food tour of Essaouira, where we will taste local specialties while exploring this lively coastal city.

Tour Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet in front of the Cap Sim Hotel to start our street food tour. Our first stop will be a local street market, where we will taste olives, freshly squeezed orange juice, or traditional Moroccan tea. Next, we’ll visit a spice store to experience the aroma of Moroccan spices.

We will also stop outside the Jewish Museum to discuss the community's influence on Moroccan gastronomy. Our tour will then take us to the old port of Essaouira for tasting oysters and fresh fish. Following this, we will enter the Medina of Essaouira to explore its history and cuisine enriched by various cultures.

Before concluding the tour, we'll have lunch in a traditional restaurant inside the Medina. Throughout the food tour, we will sample typical dishes such as tajine, couscous, grilled meat skewers, and pastries like gazelle horns.

After a 4-hour tour, we'll conclude our experience.
