At the indicated time, we'll meet in front of the Cap Sim Hotel, from where we'll start our street food tour of Essaouira. Our first stop will be at a local street market, tasting delicacies like olives, freshly squeezed orange juice, or traditional Moroccan tea. Next, we will visit a spice store to experience the aromas of Moroccan spices.

We will also pass by the Jewish Museum, discussing its influence on Moroccan gastronomy, before heading to the old port of Essaouira to taste oysters and fresh fish.

As we enter the Medina of Essaouira, we will reveal the city’s history and culinary culture, concluding with a delicious lunch in a traditional restaurant within the Medina. Throughout the tour, we will indulge in typical dishes such as tajine, couscous, grilled meat skewers, and pastries like gazelle horns.

After a 4-hour tour, we will conclude the experience.
