Pinsapos Forest Hiking Tour

At the scheduled time, we will meet at the Punto Limpio in Estepona and depart toward the Bosque de Pinsapos de la Sierra Bermeja, a significant botanical site in the province of Malaga.

During the hike, we will explore the largest fir forest on peridotite stones in the world. Throughout the tour, we will discuss the unique characteristics of this area and the various species that adapt to the rugged terrain.

Participants will learn about the primary tree and shrub species of the Spanish fir forest and the historical commercial activities of the region. Additionally, the route offers views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Genal Valley.

After a four-hour hike through the Bosque de Pinsapos de Estepona, we will return to the starting point, concluding the tour.
