Tour of Señorío de Otazu Winery

The Otazu Winery is renowned for producing some of the best wines in Navarra. This tour of the Señorío de Otazu offers a unique experience.

Tour Details

Participants will meet at the entrance of the Señorío de Otazu Winery for a guided tour of the facilities. The tour begins with a walk through the historic Señorío de Otazu, where guests can admire the Church of San Esteban from the 12th century, the Torre Palomar, and the Casa Palacio de Otazu. The gardens feature artwork from international artists, some specifically commissioned for the site.

Following this, the group will explore the historic winery, which has the Denominación de Origen Protegida (DOP) for Pago. This winery includes a wine museum and a contemporary art space from the Otazu Foundation, recognized by the ARCO Foundation. The tour also includes a visit to the underground barrel room, designed by the noted architect Jaime Gaztelu.

The tour concludes with a tasting of three wines, each paired with a different pintxo.
