Kayak Rental Details

Head to the Faro Marina at your chosen time, where we will give you your kayaks and oars, allowing you to discover the aquatic delights of the area.

When booking, you will need to indicate if you want to rent the kayak equipment for 2.5 hours, 4 hours, or 8 hours.

You can paddle through the Ria Formosa Natural Park, accessing hidden places that larger boats cannot reach. Keep an eye out to see many different species of birds that frequent this area, with over 20,000 present!

After your rental duration is over, return to the starting point in Faro to hand in your kayaks.

The schedules vary depending on the season and rental duration:

2.5-hour rental: Daily at 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, and 2 pm (from January 1 to March 13 and from October 26 to December 31); Daily at 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, and 2:30 pm (from March 14 to October 25).4-hour rental: Daily at 10 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am, and 12:30 pm (from January 1 to March 13 and from October 26 to December 31); Daily at 10:00 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, and 2 pm (from March 21 to October 29).8-hour rental: Daily at 9 am (from January 1 to March 13 and from October 26 to December 31); Daily at 10 am (from March 14 to October 25).
