Antônio Prado Excursion

At the appointed time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Caxias do Sul and head to Antônio Prado, one of Brazil's oldest Italian colonies.

Upon arrival, we'll tour the city and admire its typical wooden houses, recognized as National Heritage. You will see their bright colors and lambrequins, a traditional decorative style.

During the visit, we will learn about the trades carried out by Italian immigrants that continue today. Additionally, we will explore the religious festivities celebrated in that period.

Next, we will visit the Gruta Nossa Senhora de Lourdes, a natural cave with the image of the city's patron saint, known for its peaceful atmosphere. The Feast of the Grotto is one of the traditions of this region.

Afterward, you will have some free time to have lunch and experience local cuisine, and if time allows, you can do some shopping. Then, we will regroup and visit the Canto do Encantador, a natural area that is home to various bird species.

Finally, we will return to Caxias do Sul and drop you off at your hotel seven and a half hours after pickup.
