Did you know that Caxias do Sul is one of the main brewing cities in Brazil? On this tour, we'll visit several places where exquisite craft beers are brewed and treat our taste buds to their hoppy goodness.

Caxias do Sul Craft Beer Tour

At the designated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel and begin this craft beer tour of Caxias do Sul.

During the tour, we'll explore production techniques and taste one beer at each of the breweries we visit. We'll start at Inmaculada Brew, the first craft microbrewery in Caxias do Sul, named after the Inmaculada Concepción fountain.

Next, we'll proceed to the Felsen craft brewery factory, known for its high-quality products; its lager was voted the best beer in Brazil in 2017. Here, you'll learn about the founding brothers of this brewery.

Afterward, we'll visit Fábrica, a cultural culinary complex housing the Salvador brewery, which produces 1585 gallons (6000 liters) monthly. This location features 15 taps and a garden with views of the ruins of the former brewery established in 1947.

Finally, we'll visit the UFF Bier brewery, founded in 2011 by Peter Brugger and Fernando Faccioli. UFF is a term reflecting dog barks. You'll learn more about this unique name during our visit.

We will conclude the tour and return to the starting point after a total of 10 hours.
