Day Trip to Fortaleza & Itaimbezinho Canyons

We'll pick you up at 6:30 am at your hotel in Caxias do Sul and head out to Cambará do Sul, where you'll be able to buy some breakfast if you wish.

After breakfast, we'll travel in a 4x4 all-terrain vehicle to the Fortaleza Canyon. There, we'll take a walk to the Pedra do Segredo viewpoint for a view of the gorge, considered one of the most spectacular in Rio Grande do Sul.

We'll then head to a local restaurant for lunch before continuing our tour to the Itaimbezinho Canyon.

We'll explore this gorge by hiking the Cotobelo trail on a 3-hour, low-difficulty hike, followed by a short 30-minute hike on the Vértice trail.

Finally, from Itaimbezinho canyon, we'll return to your hotel in Caxias do Sul, arriving at 6 pm.
