Join us on a historical tour that explores the connections between Rio Grande do Sul and Italy, including a visit to a mate-making facility.
Excursion to Gramado
We'll spend the day exploring the heritage left by the settlers in Rio Grande do Sul. Our first stop will be at Casa Centenária Ferrari, a wooden house surrounded by meadows and mountains. Inside the house museum, we'll take a tour of the rooms and learn about the history of its first inhabitants and their connection to Gramado's founding.
Next, we'll head to Ervateira Marcon to witness how yerba mate is processed, a key beverage in the region's culture.
After that, we'll visit the Fioreze Museum, which showcases an array of objects reflecting the daily lives of the first settlers of Gramado, including scales, old photographs, typewriters, and kitchen utensils.
Then, we'll stop at a restaurant for lunch featuring typical Italian delicacies, including salami, sausages, cheeses, bread, and dessert, with coffee included.
