Day Trip to the Itaimbezinho Canyon

We'll kick off this excursion by picking you up from your hotel in Caxias do Sul at 9 am. Our destination is Cambará do Sul, a gateway to the Parados da Serra National Park.

Our first stop will be at the Itaimbezinho Canyon, which translates to "sharp stone" in Tupi-Guarani. It stretches for nearly 6 kilometers (3.75 miles).

We'll start our adventure by trekking along the Vortex Trail, a three-hour hike offering various viewpoints of the canyon. We will pass through an Araucaria forest, showcasing the region's plant life.

After the Vortex Trail, we'll take a break. Then, we'll proceed to trek along the Cotovelo Trail for another 30 minutes. You'll have an hour of free time in Cambará do Sul for lunch at a local restaurant.

As the day concludes, we will return to Caxias do Sul and end the tour at 7:30 pm, dropping you off at your hotel.
