Farroupilha Artisanal Beer & Wine Tour

On this craft beer and wine tour of Farroupilha, we will sample these beverages while learning about the history of this town in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

Tour Details

Pickup will be at your hotel in Caxias do Sul at 8:45 am, followed by a drive to Farroupilha, known for its brewing and winemaking tradition.

We will first visit the Cave Antigua winery of the Tafarell family, including a tour of its facilities and museum to immerse ourselves in the wine culture of Farroupilha.

Next, a short drive will take us to the Blauth Bier craft brewery, where we will learn about this family's historical contributions to the town, including the establishment of one of the first hotels and their craft beer production. After this visit, we will go to Amazém do Desvio for a tea tasting and a picnic on your own.

Following this, we will visit the Chesini winery to learn about the region's Holy Wine. This will include a faith and reflection experience featuring a symbolic cleansing of hands and the sharing of bread and wine.

During the tour, we will take a one-hour break for you to have lunch on your own and explore the local gastronomy.

After completing the visits, we will return to Caxias do Sul, dropping you off at your hotel around 5 pm.
