Farroupilha Artisanal Beer & Wine Tour

On this craft beer and wine tour of Farroupilha, we'll sample these spirits while learning about the history of the town in Rio Grande do Sul.

Tour Details

Pickup will be at your hotel in Caxias do Sul at 8:45 am for a drive to Farroupilha, known for its brewing and winemaking tradition.

First, we'll visit the Cave Antigua winery, exploring its facilities and museum to immerse ourselves in Farroupilha's wine culture.

After a short drive, we'll reach the Blauth Bier craft brewery, where we'll learn about the family's legacy in the area's history, including the first hotel built in the state and their craft beer production. Following this, we'll head to Amazém do Desvio for a tea tasting and a picnic on your own.

Next is a visit to the Chesini winery, where we will learn about the Holy Wine of the region, engaging in a symbolic cleansing of hands with shared bread and wine.

During the tour, there will be a one-hour break for you to enjoy lunch on your own and sample local cuisine.

After the visits, we will return to Caxias do Sul, dropping you off at your hotel around 5 pm.
