Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet in front of the old Corculu Ali Pasha Madrasah religious school. Once we're together, we'll make our way to the Süleymaniye Mosque, one of the biggest mosques in Istanbul. During the walk, we'll learn about some lesser-known customs in the daily lives of the city's citizens.

The tour will cover aspects such as Turkish weddings, popular religion, and the lifestyle of locals. This will provide insight into what the city is really like.

Additionally, we will visit attractions not often seen by tourists, such as Beyazit Square, the Book Market and the University.

After 2.5 hours, we'll conclude near Suleymaniye Mosque, which is 10 minutes from the Spices Market and the Grand Bazaar of Istanbul.

Itinerary Changes

If you take the tour on a Friday, the Süleymaniye Mosque will not be visited; instead, the Nuruosmaniye Mosque will be visited.
