Morro São José Hiking Tour

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Fernando de Noronha at your designated time. From there, we will head to Morro São José to start our hiking route and discover the secrets of the islet and its surroundings.

When the tide is low, a stone path emerges, which we will use to climb to the hilltop. Depending on sea conditions, this portion can also be completed by swimming.

Upon arrival, we will begin our hiking route accompanied by an ICMBio accredited guide due to the path's difficulty. We will admire the volcanic landscapes and have the chance to take photos. Additionally, we will have the opportunity to swim in a natural pool, a prominent attraction in the area.

After a two-hour hike, we will return to your hotel in Fernando de Noronha, concluding the activity.

ICMBio Reservation

To participate in this hiking tour, you must make an appointment with ICMBio (Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation). This must be done in person and only by visitors with an entrance ticket to Fernando de Noronha Marine National Park. Reservations cannot be made online.

We recommend booking your appointment upon arrival on the island. Trails can be booked up to 6 days in advance, and each visitor may book for a maximum of 6 people. Booking is only possible after making an appointment with ICMBio.
