Castle Voltaire Ticket

The ticket to Castle Voltaire in Ferney-Voltaire provides access to the residence of the philosopher. The town was renamed to honor him. Inside the neoclassical façade, there is a museum dedicated to Voltaire. The exhibition shows his daily life during the Age of Enlightenment, displays his private collection of artwork, and includes his library and office where he wrote significant works like Candide and Treatise on Tolerance.

A visit to the Château is incomplete without exploring its French-style gardens, which cover seven hectares of land, offering a serene escape from modern life.

Final admission is 45 minutes before closing time.

Young individuals from the EU aged 18 - 25.Children under 18, regardless of nationality.

To obtain free admission, visit the ticket office and present a certifying document. Admission is also free on the first Sunday of the month between January 1 to March 31, November 1 to December 31, and the third weekend of September.
