3-Day Trip: Merzouga Desert to Marrakesh

3-Day Trip

Day 1: Fez - Ifrane - Azrou - Erfoud - Merzouga

Once we collect you from your hotel or riad in Fez, we'll head towards the Merzouga Desert, passing through Ifrane and the landscapes of Azrou. We will traverse the Ziz valley and gorges until arriving in Erfoud. That evening, enjoy a camel ride through the Merzouga desert or opt for a quad tour. We will spend the night at Haimas Camp.

Day 2: Merzouga – Todgha Gorge – Dadès Gorge

The second day starts atop the Merzouga dunes at sunrise, followed by breakfast. We will then visit Todgha Gorge and continue to Dadès Gorge for a meal. We will rest at a nearby hotel for the night.

Day 3: Dadès Gorge – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakesh

After breakfast, we will travel to Ouarzazate to explore its outskirts and visit Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. You will have free time for lunch and photos. We will pass through Amazigh villages in the Atlas mountain range, arriving in Marrakesh around 6 pm.

Hotel Pickup

This tour includes pickup from hotels in Fez. If you are staying within the Medina, meet your guide at the Blue Gate (Bab Bou Jeloud).

Day Trip Accommodation

During booking, choose between Standard (2 or 3 stars) or Superior (4 stars) accommodation.

Types of Bedrooms

Standard haimas accommodate up to 4 people; superior haimas up to 5, both with private bathrooms. Camps differ in food and decoration. Wifi availability varies, and air-conditioning costs an additional 30EUR per person. High season may lead to shared bathrooms in standard camps. No single occupancy in hotels or camps; supplements apply for single bookings. Family and triple room options are available with the same category distinctions.
