Moroccan Henna Experience + Lunch or Dinner

Folklore and tradition come together in this unique experience where you'll get a henna tattoo in Fez and enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner at an elegant Moroccan palace.

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the entrance to the Palais Bab Sahra Fez restaurant. We'll start with a short introduction to henna, learning about the cultural importance of the henna plant, the preparation of the paste, and the application process on the skin.

This seasonal body art has historically been used to decorate the bodies of women during social and religious celebrations, symbolizing luck, happiness, and beauty.

After discussing the history, we will create our own personalized designs, applied on feet or hands. The drawing process will take around 30 minutes, followed by advice on how to prolong the henna design.

After the henna application, we’ll be served a delicious lunch or dinner based on the time of the activity. The menu features 7 types of salads, a tajin, and seasonal fruit for dessert, alongside Moroccan tea and local sweets.

The experience will conclude after 3 hours at the main entrance of the restaurant.
