Immerse yourself in the history of Rabat with this tour of the old town of Morocco's capital, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Rabat Private Trip

After collecting you from your accommodation in Fez at the indicated time, we will head to the Moroccan capital, located 2 hours away by car.

Upon arrival, you will have free time to explore Rabat's ancient Medina. This site, recognized as a World Heritage Site in 2012, showcases rich architectural heritage.

You can visit the esplanade that includes Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. The minaret's construction was left unfinished in 1199, and details about its design will be provided during the tour. Nearby, you will find the Kasbah of the Udayas, a 12th-century citadel with many hidden secrets. After approximately 1 hour for lunch, we will continue to the royal palace of Rabat, known for its iconic main gateway.

We will conclude our trip with free time to explore the fortified necropolis of Chellah, with remnants from the Roman, Carthaginian, and Phoenician civilizations. The day will end as we return to Fez, completing an 11-hour tour.
