We will meet at number 22 of Via dei Vagellai at the designated time. From there, we will walk to the Uffizi pier to begin the boat ride.
Aboard a traditional Tuscan boat, similar to Venetian gondolas, you will experience Florence's riverside sights from a unique perspective.
Your cruise will start under the arches of the Ponte Vecchio. Although now a popular spot for proposals, your guide will share its turbulent history.
As you continue down the Arno, you will pass under the Ponte Trinità and view the architecture of the Frescobaldi and Lanfredini Palazzos. You will learn about the Vasari Corridor and its historical significance for Florence's nobility.
The tour concludes with a toast of a glass of wine on board, wrapping up this 1.5-hour experience at the original pier.
