Pisa and the Leaning Tower Half-Day Trip

Half-Day Trip

Travel by air-conditioned coach to Pisa, located 80 km west of Florence, the hometown of Galileo Galilei. Upon arrival, follow your guide along the Medieval city walls to learn about Pisa's history. The walking tour progresses through main streets to Porta Santa Maria, leading to Piazza dei Miracoli, famous for its impressive architecture. Here, visit the Pisa Cathedral, the Baptistry, and Camposanto Monumentale, a cemetery with notable artwork. At the end of the guided portion, receive tickets to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The return trip to Florence lasts a total of 5.5 hours.

Additional Info

Children under 8 years old are not allowed to enter the Leaning Tower. They may join the tour without tower access or participate in the self-guided option.
