Lagoinha do Leste Natural Park Hiking Route

On this hiking route through Lagoinha do Leste Natural Park, we'll explore the diverse fauna and flora of one of Santa Catarina's natural areas.

Description

We'll meet at Rua Abelardo Otacílio Gomes in Florianópolis and embark on a high-difficulty hike through Lagoinha do Leste Natural Park, covering a distance of 6 kilometers (3.7 miles).

This hike includes several stops to observe local fauna and flora, highlighting the area's biodiversity, including species such as monkeys and toucans.

We will cross the landscapes of the Mata Atlântica and arrive at the Morro da Coroa viewpoint after an hour and a half, where we can view the Pedra do Surfista.

After enjoying the views, we will descend to Lagoinha do Leste beach, where you will have 1.5 hours of free time for a swim and to eat at local restaurants.

After lunch, we will reconvene for another 1.5-hour hike to explore additional highlights of Lagoinha do Leste Natural Park, with opportunities to spot more species of Santa Catarina fauna and flora.

We will return to the meeting point, completing our hike in approximately 6 hours.
