Join us by road and by boat to Monteverde from La Fortuna in a comfortable and worry-free way with great views of the volcano and Lake Arenal, the largest lake in Costa Rica.

Bus + Boat Transport to Monteverde

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up at your hotel in La Fortuna and head south toward Monteverde aboard a minibus.

We will cross volcanic fields and arrive at Lake Arenal, a natural spring enlarged in the 70s to serve as a hydroelectric power generator in Costa Rica, now 30 kilometers (18 miles) long.

Once there, we will switch modes of transport and board a boat that will take us across the picturesque lake, providing views of Arenal Volcano National Park.

After the crossing, we will disembark at the southern tip of Lake Arenal. Another minibus will be waiting to take you to your final destination.

We will arrive at your hotel in Monteverde after a three-hour ride, allowing you to explore this mountainous region on your own.
