After picking you up from La Fortuna, we'll drive to the Tenorio Volcano National Park, where our tour begins. We'll set off on a hike of average difficulty and about a three hour round trip.

On the hike, we'll discover the Celeste River, known for its deep turquoise blue due to the fusion of different sources that provide various minerals. We'll observe this natural phenomenon.

An expert guide will accompany us to provide insights about the local wildlife, and take us to a waterfall, a viewpoint, and the remarkable point where the river changes color.

At the end of the hike, we will enjoy a typical Costa Rican meal.

After lunch, we will return to the hotels in La Fortuna.

Pick up

The tour includes pick up and drop off at main hotels in Arenal. For hotels located further out than the La Fortuna area or the main road to the Arenal Volcano, instructions on where to meet will be provided.
