After picking you up from La Fortuna, we'll drive to the Tenorio Volcano National Park, where our tour begins. We'll set off on a hike of average difficulty and about a three hour round trip.

During the hike, we'll discover the Celeste River, known for its deep turquoise blue resulting from the fusion of two different sources that provide varying minerals. We will also visit a waterfall, a viewpoint, and the remarkable location where the river changes color.

Accompanied by an expert guide, we will learn about the local wildlife and appreciate the beauty of this natural phenomenon.

At the end of the hike, we'll enjoy a typical Costa Rican meal. Following lunch, we'll return you to the hotels in La Fortuna.

Pick up

The tour includes pick up and drop off from the main hotels in Arenal. For hotels located further out than the La Fortuna area or the main road to the Arenal Volcano, specific meeting instructions will be provided.
