After picking you up from La Fortuna, we'll drive to the Tenorio Volcano National Park, where our tour begins. We'll set off on a hike of average difficulty and about a three hour round trip.

On the hike, we'll discover the Celeste River, which has a deep turquoise blue color due to the fusion of two different sources that provide the river with different minerals. We will also be accompanied by an expert guide who will provide information about the wildlife in the area, take us to a waterfall, a viewpoint, and the location where the river changes color.

At the end of the hike, we'll enjoy a typical Costa Rican meal.

After lunch, we'll take you back to the hotels in La Fortuna.

Pick up

The tour includes pick up and drop off from the main hotels in Arenal. If the hotel is located further out than the La Fortuna area or the main road to the Arenal Volcano, you'll be informed of the meeting point.
