Lake Arenal Kayak Tour

Following pickup from your hotel, the tour begins with a brief drive to the Arenal Dam, locally known as "El Tapón." Upon arrival at Lake Arenal, you will board kayaks for a tour that allows exploration of the lake's landscapes. While paddling, look for native birds such as herons, kingfishers, cormorants, and anhingas.

The tour also covers the history of the Arenal Volcano, including the significant eruption in 1968 that affected the region. Insights and stories about the dam will enhance your experience.
