Beginners' Diving Experience

When you book your first dive, you'll have two options depending on whether you want to do just one dive or prefer two. For both options, we'll meet at the time of your choice at Rúa Manuel Murguía in Foz and finish at the same point.

Single Dive (1 hour)

If you have never experienced breathing underwater, this experience is perfect for you. After a brief theoretical introduction on using the equipment and basic techniques, we'll go to a confined water area.

There, we will conduct a 45-minute dive. You'll have the opportunity to explore the marine flora and fauna of Foz and see various fish.

Double Dive (2 hours 30 minutes)

If you think that a single dive won't be enough, the second session will enhance your understanding of the wonders of diving. This option includes an initial dive in confined water to help you familiarize yourself with the equipment.

For the second session, we'll enter the Cantabrian Sea to explore the sea bed of this area of Galicia. You'll find that diving is easier than you think.
