Beginners' Diving Experience

When you book your first dive, you'll have two options based on whether you prefer one dive or two. Meeting point is at Rúa Manuel Murguía in Foz, with return to the same location.

Single Dive (1 hour)

This experience is suitable for those new to breathing underwater. After a brief theoretical introduction on equipment use and basic techniques, we'll proceed to a confined water area.

A 45-minute dive will follow, where you'll explore the marine flora and fauna of Foz and likely see various fish.

Double Dive (2 hours 30 minutes)

If a single dive is insufficient, the second session allows for further exploration. This option includes a first dive in confined water for practice with the regulator and equipment.

The second dive will take place in the Cantabrian Sea, where you can discover the underwater landscape of this region in Galicia, demonstrating that diving is easier than it seems.
