Enjoy a pleasant, relaxing boat ride on the waters of the Masma estuary, a protected area for birds in Galicia.

Masma Estuary Boat Trip

We will meet at a time of your choice on Rúa Manuel Murguía street in Foz. From there, we head to the pier to begin a boat trip along the Masma estuary.

As we set sail, we will see Rapadoira beach on the left bank and O Altar beach on the right bank. We will drift along the Foz estuary until we reach the Masma estuary, visiting a protected area for birds, known as Red Natura 2000.

This area is ideal for observing wildlife. Additionally, we will explore the banks of the estuary at Foz and Barreiros. If we are fortunate, we may spot bird species such as the royal curlew, royal heron, and colorful spoonbills.

After an adventure lasting an hour and a half, we will return to the original starting point.
