Enjoy a pleasant, relaxing boat ride on the waters of the beautiful Masma estuary, a protected area for birds in Galicia.

Masma Estuary Boat Trip

We will meet at a time of your choice on Rúa Manuel Murguía street in Foz. From there, we head to the pier to begin a boat trip along the Masma estuary.

Upon departure, we will see the picturesque Rapadoira beach on the left bank and O Altar beach on the right bank. We will drift along the Foz estuary until we reach the Masma estuary. The trip includes a visit to a protected area for birds, known as the Red Natura 2000.

This area is ideal for observing wildlife. Along the journey, we will explore the surroundings of the banks of the estuary at Foz and Barreiros. If fortunate, we may see species such as the royal curlew, royal heron, and colorful spoonbills.

After an hour and a half adventure, we will return to the original starting point.
