When booking, you can choose from the following options for the paddle surfing tour. For both options, we'll meet at your chosen time at Rua Manuel Murguía Street in Foz and finish at this same point.

Tour of the Foz estuary and Fondás beach (2 hours)

In this option, we'll follow the coastline of the Foz estuary on the side of Barreiros. The route leads to Fondás beach, where you can observe various bird species such as the Royal Curlew.

Tour of the beaches and cliffs of Foz (2 hours)

This tour features a route alongside the beach of Rapadoira, heading towards the cliffs of Foz: A Soalta and Ollo do Mar. From the sea, you'll see Os Castelos de Foz, one of the notable coastal areas of Galicia. The tour concludes at the picturesque Llas beach before returning to the starting point.
