When making the booking, you choose from the following options for the paddle surfing tour. For both options, we'll meet at your chosen time at Rua Manuel Murguía Street in Foz and finish at this same point.

Tour of the Foz estuary and Fondás beach (2 hours)

This option includes a route along the coastline of the estuary of Foz on the side of Barreiros. The tour leads to the Fondás beach, where participants can observe various bird species, including the Royal Curlew.

Tour of the beaches and cliffs of Foz (2 hours)

This tour features a route alongside the beach of Rapadoira, proceeding to the cliffs of Foz: A Soalta and Ollo do Mar. From the sea, participants will observe Os Castelos de Foz and will eventually reach the picturesque Llas beach before returning to the starting point.
