At the indicated time, we’ll meet at Freiburg Minster, in the heart of Freiburg. From there, we’ll head to the Freiburg Christmas Market, located in the bustling Marktplatz.

First opened in 1973, this market has over 120 stalls offering a variety of crafts and treats. As we step into the market, we'll see thousands of twinkling Christmas lights illuminating the picturesque streets of the old town.

As we stroll through the wooden stalls, we'll find handmade candles, pottery, wooden toys, and unique Christmas decorations. The market features local treats including traditional mulled wine, grilled sausages, roasted chestnuts, and other regional specialities.

For children, the market offers craft workshops to create Christmas gifts. Additionally, live music and choirs singing carols enhance the festive atmosphere.

After 2 hours of exploring the market and soaking in the festive spirit, we’ll conclude our tour in the Marktplatz.
