At the indicated time, we’ll meet at Freiburg Minster, in the heart of Freiburg. From there, we’ll head straight into the festive atmosphere of the Freiburg Christmas Market, located in the bustling Marktplatz.

This market, first opened in 1973, features over 120 stalls, offering a variety of crafts and treats annually. As we enter, we'll be welcomed by the warm glow of twinkling Christmas lights, illuminating the picturesque streets of the old town.

As we stroll through the wooden stalls, we’ll find goods such as handmade candles, pottery, wooden toys, and unique Christmas decorations. The market also boasts a selection of local treats, including traditional mulled wine and snacks like grilled sausages and roasted chestnuts.

Children can enjoy craft workshops to create Christmas gifts. Live music and choirs singing carols enhance the festive ambiance.

After 2 hours of exploring the market and its festive spirit, we’ll conclude our tour in the Marktplatz.
