Álora Excursion



At the scheduled time, we will collect you from your preferred meeting point to commence our journey to Álora. Are you prepared to explore a hidden gem in Málaga? Let’s set off!



Following a scenic drive of approximately 50 minutes, we will reach our destination. Upon arrival, we will participate in a guided exploration of the town's most notable landmarks. One highlight is the remarkable castle perched atop Las Torres Hill, recognized as a National Monument since 1931.



As we wander through the town's charming, narrow streets, we will encounter Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación Church, notable for being one of the largest churches in Málaga. Its baroque architecture and beautiful wooden ceiling will surely captivate us.



Our guided visit will also take us to the Rafael Lería Museum, an institution that showcases the rich artistic history of Álora. Inside, you will experience a series of exhibitions that trace the timeline from Prehistory to the Modern Era, offering a glimpse into the past.



Subsequently, we will visit a local vineyard to gain insights into the wine-making process unique to this region, including the types of grapes cultivated here. In one of the renowned wineries, we will learn about the entire wine production journey, from grape harvest to the bottling stage.



To conclude this remarkable day, we will partake in a tasting session featuring 4 different wines, complemented by a delightful selection of tapas including cheese and traditional cured meats. Here’s to a great experience!



After a fulfilling 5.5 hours filled with exploration and enjoyment, we will return to the original meeting point.
