At the designated time, we'll meet at the Altanza winery to start a guided tour of this wine tourism center in Fuenmayor. We'll learn about one of the best wines of the Rioja Alta.

The tour will cover the rooms of the winery, discussing the history of its wines, the creation of the project, and the varieties produced.

We'll also tour the vineyards surrounding the Altanza winery and discover the significance of the wines with the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin.

To conclude, we will arrive at the cloister garden for a guided tasting of three wines. This includes learning to extract their aromas and flavors accompanied by cheeses, cold meats, and Altanza Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
