Heras Cordon Winery Tour

We'll meet at the entrance to the Heras Cordón Winery to start the guided tour of this vineyard, which dates back to the 19th century. The winery began wine production for local families and has grown over the years, facing challenges like the Civil War. It experienced significant commercial expansion at the end of the last century, with reforms in the 1990s shaping the modern facility.

An expert winemaker will guide us through the winery, detailing the winemaking process and the best tasting practices. The tour includes views of old barrels, stone corridors, and a large door from a cloistered monastery in Segovia.

After the tour, we will enjoy a wine tasting featuring local wines, paired with homemade sausages and cheeses.
