Heras Cordon Winery Tour

We will meet at the entrance of the Heras Cordón Winery and begin our guided tour through the vineyard facilities, established in the 19th century for local consumption. The winery faced challenges, including the Civil War, and expanded significantly by the end of the last century. In the 1990s, reforms shaped the winery seen today.

An expert winemaker will guide us through the modern facilities, explaining the winemaking process and tasting methods. We will observe historical elements such as old barrels and stone corridors, including a restored door from a monastery in Segovia.

Concluding the tour, we will partake in a wine tasting of regional wines, complemented by local products such as homemade sausages and cheeses.

The first course is served with a Heras Cordón red wine, vintage 2015, and the second course with a Heras Cordón red wine, 2012 reserve.
