At the indicated time, we'll meet at the facilities of the La Antigua cheese factory, located about 40 minutes by car from Zamora capital and about 30 minutes from Salamanca. Ready to enjoy an authentic Cheese experience?

Learn about the milk required for cheese production, the maturation period, and the organization of production during the visit.

Participants will receive protective clothing to wear. The tour will start at the milk reception area and conclude at the order preparation area.

The visit includes an exquisite tasting of 2 different types of cheese from the Zamora province.

After touring the factory for 60-75 minutes, the visit will conclude and we will say our goodbyes.
