At the indicated time, we'll meet at the La Antigua cheese factory, located in the town of Fuentesaúco, about 40 minutes by car from Zamora capital and 30 minutes from Salamanca. Ready to enjoy an authentic Cheese experience?

How many litres of milk are needed to produce cheese? What does the maturation period consist of? How are the machines and people organized in the production of this delicacy? We'll discover all this and many other curiosities during the visit!

First, we'll provide the protective clothing needed to visit the facilities. Then, we'll begin the tour, starting at the milk reception area and going to the order preparation area.

On the tour, you'll learn about the cheeses of the Zamora province and take part in a tasting that includes 2 different types of cheese.

Finally, after touring the factory for around 60-75 minutes, we'll conclude the visit and say our goodbyes.
