Nagasaki Sightseeing Tour
At the established time, we'll meet at the train station to begin thissightseeing tour of Nagasaki.
The first stop will be at Nagasaki Peace Park, where we will see the large bronze statue honoring the victims of the atomic bomb dropped on August 9, 1945.
Next, we will proceed to Glover Gardens, featuring European-style buildings from the Meiji period. This site provides insights into Nagasaki's history and cultural mix.
We will then visit the Atomic Bomb Museum, where we will reflect on Nagasaki's reconstruction efforts and the ongoing fight for a world free of nuclear weapons.
Finally, we will see the Megane Bashi or "spectacles bridge", a 17th-century stone bridge crossing the Nakashima River.
The tour concludes back at the starting point after four hours of sightseeing.
