Cabo Girao and Rabaçal 4x4 Excursion
Pickup will be from your hotel in downtown Funchal at the scheduled time. Then, a one-hour journey in a 4x4 vehicle to the Rabaçal Valley follows.
In this area, a three-hour hike will take place, exploring the laurel forest, springs, waterfalls, and the levadas de Madeira. After the hike, continue in the vehicle to Paúl da Serra for refreshments.
Next, the tour proceeds to the Cabo Girao cliff, known as the tallest in Europe. Its glass viewpoint provides views of the Atlantic coast and Câmara de Lobos.
The trip concludes with a return to your hotel after a total of 7 hours.
Important Information
This tour includes pickup from hotels and apartments in Funchal city center. If staying in other areas of the south, an additional supplement is required on the day of the tour. No pickup service is available in the north of the island.
