Day Trip Details

We will pick you up from your hotel in downtown Funchal at the designated time. The journey to the Rabaçal Valley takes about one hour in an offroading vehicle.

In Rabaçal, we will embark on a 3-hour hike through the laurel forest, featuring springs, waterfalls, and the well-known levadas de Madeira. After the hike, we will proceed to Paúl da Serra for a food break.

Next, we will head to Cabo Girão, the tallest cliff in Europe, where a glass viewpoint is available for those brave enough. You will have the opportunity to view the Atlantic coast and the town of Câmara de Lobos.

At the conclusion of the trip, we will return to your hotel after a total duration of 7 hours.

Hotel Pickup

This tour includes pickup from hotels and apartments in Funchal city center. For accommodations in other areas of the south, an additional supplement is required on the day of the tour. There is no pickup service available in the north of the island.
