Day Trip Details

We will pick you up from your hotel in downtown Funchal at the scheduled time. Then, we will journey for one hour in an offroading vehicle to the Rabaçal Valley.

In this area, we will embark on a 3-hour hike through the laurel forest, where springs, waterfalls, and the levadas de Madeira can be found. After the hike, we will return to the vehicle and head to Paúl da Serra for a meal.

Next, we will proceed to the Cabo Girão cliff, noted as the tallest in Europe. The glass viewpoint will provide views of the Atlantic coast and the town of Câmara de Lobos.

At the end of the trip, we will return to your hotel, concluding after a total of 7 hours.

This tour includes pickup from hotels and apartments in Funchal city center. If you are staying in other areas of the south, an additional supplement will be required on the day of the tour. No pickup service is available in the north of the island.
