At the agreed time we'll meet at Do Mar Avenue to begin our unique experience: swimming with dolphins off the coast of Madeira. We will board a boat that takes us to a location known for high dolphin activity. During the trip, the guide will provide information about the marine mammals in these waters.

Upon reaching the ideal spot, we will stop the engine and await the dolphins to appear around the boat. In small groups, we will enter the water holding onto a rope attached to the boat, using snorkeling equipment provided. Safely in the water, we will have the chance to swim alongside the dolphins. This experience lasts for 2 hours.

Dolphin Sightings

Madeira Island's environment allows for swimming with dolphins and other marine animals, but sightings are unpredictable. Factors affecting dolphin appearance include weather conditions, sea currents, and breeding seasons. Therefore, while we aim for a 90% success rate for swimming experiences, we cannot guarantee that every outing will allow for swimming in open sea.
