Enchanted Terraces Half-Day Trip

  • 8 Stunden

Immerse yourself in the Laurissilva Forest and the infinite waterfalls of Madeira. Wander along the scenic tracks and enjoy nature.

Half-Day Trip Details

This tour explores the green northwestern region of Madeira. We begin at Serra de Água, a steep valley with views of the surrounding mountains. Our next stop is Encumeada, where we will venture into the laurisilva forest and enjoy ocean views.

We will follow ancient forest tracks towards Ginjas. Long trails lead us through the tropical jungle, with the sounds of birds prevalent in Paul da Serra. In Fanal, we will view the waterfalls before they merge into the sea. Finally, in Porto Moniz, we will explore the lava remains that form unique natural pools.
