Half-Day Trip Details

This is the island of eternal spring, featuring high mountains and natural pools that feed the aqueducts. Our tour of the green northwestern region of Madeira will take you through indigenous forests.

We will start by heading to Serra de Água, a steep valley surrounded by mountains. The journey continues to the first terrace – Encumeada – leading us into the laurisilva forest with ocean views above. We will traverse ancient forest tracks before arriving at Ginjas.

Long trails will guide us through the tropical jungle in Paul da Serra, where bird sounds immerse you in nature. In Fanal, we'll see the waterfalls before they merge into the sea. At Porto Moniz, we will witness lava formations that created pools.

The excursion concludes with a return journey to the pickup points.

Supplements are paid directly to the driver on the day of the excursion.
