Your adventure begins with a pickup from your accommodation in central Funchal on the day of the tour, where you will board a comfortable off-road vehicle. As you journey northeast, get ready to uncover the unique features of this region of Madeira. Your path will lead you across the vast Paúl da Serra plateau, a flat expanse that offers a stark contrast to the island's rugged mountain ranges. Here, take a moment to stretch your legs and observe the local wildlife, including cows, goats, and sheep roaming freely.

Continuing the journey in your off-road vehicle, you'll arrive at Fanal, one of the island’s most cherished natural treasures. Experience the breathtaking views and the serene atmosphere as you wander among the notable ancient trees that populate this enchanting area.

After enjoying your time at Fanal, your next stop will be Pico da Urze, where you can treat yourself to a delicious meal featuring local specialties at a nearby restaurant if you choose (meal not included).
