Cooking Class on Santa Cruz Island
We'll pick you up from your Santa Cruz Island hotel and take you to the Galapagos Frontier Reserve. Along the way, we'll explore various trails of lava tunnels and encounter giant Galapagos tortoises. We will also pick fresh fruits and vegetables from different trees and organic gardens.
After harvesting, we’ll head to the reserve's kitchen to prepare a traditional Galapagos menu under the guidance of a local chef, who will share the secrets behind local recipes. You will learn to prepare a starter, main course, and dessert.
Following the class, we will enjoy our crafted traditional lunch and return to your hotel on Santa Cruz Island after approximately 4 hours of activity.
