Cooking Class on Santa Cruz Island
We'll pick you up from your Santa Cruz Island hotel and take you to the Galapagos Frontier Reserve. Upon arrival, we'll explore lava tunnels and encounter giant Galapagos tortoises. Along the way, we'll pick fresh fruits and vegetables from trees and organic gardens.
After harvesting, we'll go to the reserve's kitchen to prepare a traditional Galapagos menu. A local chef will guide us through the cooking class, sharing the secrets behind local recipes. You will learn to prepare a starter, main course, and dessert.
After our culinary adventure, we'll enjoy a traditional lunch with the dishes we've crafted. Following lunch, we'll return to your hotel on Santa Cruz Island, completing 4 hours of activity.
