Explore one of the most impressive archipelagos in the world on this 5-day cruise to the eastern and southern Galapagos Islands. We'll admire the biodiversity and landscapes of Santa Cruz, Floreana, Española, and end in San Cristobal.

Description

Day 1: Baltra Island - Santa Cruz Island

Your flight lands at Baltra Airport at 9:08 am. You'll be picked up and taken to the ship to drop off your luggage. After lunch, visit the Fausto Llerena Breeding Center on Santa Cruz Island to see giant tortoises. The day concludes with dinner and rest on board.

Day 2: Floreana Island

After breakfast, explore Floreana Island starting at Punta Cormorant, home to a colony of sea lions. Walk through palo santo forests and visit Devil's Crown for snorkeling. Afternoon visits include Post Office Bay and the Baroness's viewpoint, learning about historical mail used by whalers. Dinner and rest follow.

Day 3: Osborn Islet - Española Island

Following breakfast, visit Gardner Bay where Osborn Islet is a major breeding site for green sea turtles. Return for lunch, then visit Punta Suarez on Española Island to view high cliffs and wildlife. Dinner and rest on board conclude the day.

Day 4: San Cristobal Island

Arrive at San Cristobal and explore Punta Pitt, significant for Charles Darwin's history in 1835. Lunch on board and afternoon snorkeling near Cerro Brujo. Return to the ship for dinner and rest.

Day 5: Lobos Islet - San Cristobal Island

On the final day, start with breakfast before heading to Lobos Islet, inhabited by Galapagos sea lions and diverse birdlife. After the visit, you'll be taken to San Cristobal airport for your flight home.
