Ready to explore the seabed of the Galapagos archipelago? Join us on this unforgettable day trip to Floreana Island and Enderby Islet, where you’ll snorkel in crystal-clear waters and uncover fascinating pirate stories!
Tour Description
At the appointed time, we’ll pick you up from your hotel on Santa Cruz Island and head to the Puerto Ayora dock. We’ll begin our journey toward Floreana and Enderby, two of the Galapagos’ hidden gems.
After about 1.5 hours of sailing, we’ll arrive at Enderby Island. Here we’ll take a panga ride around its cliffs, where various birds and marine iguanas can be observed.
Next, enjoy a snorkeling session in the island’s waters among sea turtles, sea lions, eagle rays, and tropical fish. We’ll continue to Punta Cormorant, on the northern coast of Floreana Island.
A gentle hike will take us to the largest flamingo lagoon in the archipelago and a green sand beach known for its olivine crystals. Here, you’ll have another opportunity to snorkel, potentially spotting white-tip reef sharks.
Afterward, enjoy a delicious lunch featuring traditional Ecuadorian cuisine as we sail to our next stop: Cueva de los Piratas (Pirates’ Cave), where we’ll discuss its history.
Finally, we’ll sail back to the starting point, concluding a full 9-hour excursion through some of the Galapagos' enchanting corners.
