Santa Cruz Island Bike Tour

On the Santa Cruz Island Bike Tour, participants will encounter the giant tortoises of the Galápagos archipelago while cycling around the island. The tour begins with a pickup from your hotel on Santa Cruz Island or a meeting at San Francisco Park in Puerto Ayora, followed by a drive to Guayabillos.

After a 15-minute drive, the bike tour will commence, covering 9 miles (14 kilometers) through the island's lush jungles. During the ride, information about the local flora will be provided, and participants will visit an area inhabited by the giant Galápagos tortoises, learning about their weight and other facts. A stop will be made to observe lava tunnels and discuss the geology of the Galápagos, alongside a snack break before returning to the starting point. The return trip will also include a visit to Nymphs Lagoon for relaxation and photos.

The entire experience lasts 4-5 hours before returning to your hotel on Santa Cruz Island.
