Do you know the province of Lecce? In this bike tour through Alezio, Tuglie and Porto Selvaggio, we'll cycle through three notable towns in the region of Apulia, in the south of Italy.

Pedal Your Way Through the Lecce Region

We'll meet at the designated time in front of the Gallipoli train station. After familiarizing ourselves with the route, we'll begin our cycling journey through Lecce. This province is home to charming towns, and we'll explore three of the remarkable ones!

Leaving Gallipoli, we'll cycle east for about half an hour to reach Alezio. In this village, we’ll stop at a local dairy factory for a tasting of various dairy products.

After the tasting, we'll continue to Tuglie, where we’ll pass by the Radio Museum and the Museum of Rural Civilization. While we won’t enter these museums, we’ll learn interesting facts about their collections.

Next, we'll head towards the Natural Reserve of Porto Selvaggio. Here, we can enjoy a dip in its refreshing waters and take a break under the shade of a beautiful pine forest. Bring a picnic to relax during this time!

After lunch, we'll ride through the coastal town of Santa Caterina and return to the meeting point in Gallipoli, concluding this 8-hour tour.
