What to Expect
On the day of the activity, we'll collect you from Kinlay Hostel in Galway's city centre. We will then head south along the Wild Atlantic Way, passing through the villages of Clarenbridge, Kilcogan, Ballindereen, and Ballyvaughan, known for medieval ruins and traditional Irish legends.
The Cliffs of Moher
Our first stop will be at the Cliffs of Moher, extending over 8 kilometres (5 miles) and rising 210 metres (688 feet) tall. This location is home to cormorants and puffins.
The Aran Islands: Inisheer
We will continue to Doolin and board a ferry to Inisheer, the smallest of the Aran Islands, during a 30-minute journey possibly spotting dolphins. Once on the island, explore at your own pace and visit St. Cavan's Church ruins and the Plassey shipwreck.
After exploring, we'll return to the mainland for another view of the Cliffs of Moher before enjoying an additional hour to explore the summit. The tour concludes after 10 hours of activity as we return to Galway.
