Connemara National Park Trekking
The tour meets at the Connemara National Park Visitor Centre at a time of your choice, ready to start the hike along one of the four trails that climb to the top of Diamond Hill, the most famous peak in Connemara.
The route is about 7 kilometres in length and takes you through the landscapes of this Irish park, which is home to typical wildlife, including deer. Your guide will share insights into local history and the lifestyle intertwined with nature.
At 500 metres above sea level, Diamond Hill offers views of the entire park. After some time for photographs and enjoying the fresh air from one of the highest points in Ireland, we will begin the descent back to the starting point.
The tour concludes after three hours of trekking through the Connemara National Park.
