Connemara National Park Trekking
The tour meets at the Connemara National Park Visitor Centre at a time of your choice, preparing to hike along one of the four trails leading up to Diamond Hill, the most famous peak in Connemara.
The route is approximately 7 kilometres in length, navigating through the landscapes of this Irish park, which are home to typical wildlife, including deer. Your guide will share insights about Connemara, covering local history and the lifestyle connected to the natural surroundings.
At an elevation of 500 metres above sea level, Diamond Hill offers views of the entire park. After capturing photographs and enjoying the air from one of the highest points in Ireland, we will start our descent back to the starting point.
The tour concludes after three hours of trekking through Connemara National Park.
