Tacarigua Hike + Lunch on Zaragoza Beach

On this tour, we'll go on a hiking route around Tacarigua and relax on the beach in Zaragoza. We'll also try typical food on Isla Margarita.

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and head to Tacarigua, the hiking route start point, offering views of Isla Margarita. The journey takes around half an hour until we reach Jardín Café, where we'll start our ascent surrounded by vegetation to a viewpoint at one of Tacarigua's highest peaks.

During 3 hours, we will explore the area's nature and wildlife. The hike offers breathtaking views of Isla Margarita. Remember to bring your camera!

After the hike, we will have an empanada pastry and a fruit juice, or you can choose a cachapa. We will then proceed to Zaragoza Square for a fish-based lunch.

Following lunch, we will have an hour of free time to enjoy the beach, relax, and swim in the clear water.

Next, we will visit the Museo Pueblos in Margarita to learn about the sugar cane process and participate in a rum tasting experience with a typical local treat called piñonate.

To conclude the tour, we will visit La Galera Fort in Juangriego for sunset views before returning you to your hotel after a total of 10-11 hours.
