Laguna Excursion

At 9 am, pickup will be at your hotel in Garopaba for a drive south to Laguna, known for its beauty as a coastal city in Santa Catarina.

The tour begins at the Santuário dos Botos, where a unique fishing method using dolphins will be observed. This technique involves dolphins surrounding fish schools while fishermen cast their nets.

Next, we will visit the Anita Garibaldi Museum, dedicated to the famous Brazilian revolutionary who was influential in 19th-century revolutionary processes in South America and Europe. Lunch will be provided at a restaurant by the Canal da Barra, with options including vegetarian, fish, chicken, or shrimp-based dishes.

After lunch, the tour continues to the Caminhantes Dunes and then to the Santa Marta Lighthouse, one of the largest in the Americas. Nearby, we will see sambaquis, ancient ceremonial sites associated with funerary practices.

The tour concludes with a return to your hotel in Garopaba by 5 pm.
