Jungfrau Day Trip

After meeting in Geneva at the scheduled time, the journey begins through the Swiss countryside towards Interlaken, the tourism capital of the Bernese Oberland. A stop will be made in Interlaken to admire the views of the Alps and the Thun and Brienz Lakes.

Proceed to Lauterbrunnen, where you'll board the rack railway ascending to the highest train station in Europe, at over 11,600 feet (more than 3,500 metres) above sea level.

At the top of Jungfrau, access the Sphinx Observatory for panoramic views of notable peaks, Eiger and Mönch. You will also explore the ice tunnel carved from a glacier, learning about the history of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

After your time at the Top of Europe, you will descend back to Interlaken for free time to explore the town and its traditional shops.

The return journey to Geneva concludes around 9 pm.
