Beautiful valleys, dramatic peaks and picturesque towns: visit the Top of Europe on this day trip to Jungfrau from Geneva. You'll take a train through the Alps, walk through an ice tunnel and explore charming Interlaken. Unforgettable!

Jungfrau Day Trip

After meeting in Geneva at the scheduled time, you'll set off through the Swiss countryside towards Interlaken, the tourism capital of the Bernese Oberland. A stop will be made in this mountain town to admire the views of the surrounding Alps and the Thun and Brienz Lakes.

Continue to Lauterbrunnen, a village nestled in an Alpine valley, where you'll board a rack railway that ascends to the highest train station in Europe, located at over 11,600 feet (more than 3,500 metres) above sea level.

At the top of Jungfrau, you'll have access to the Sphinx Observatory, offering panoramic views over the famous Swiss peaks: Eiger and Mönch.

You will also explore the ice tunnel carved out of a glacier and discover the history of the peak, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

After enjoying your time at the Top of Europe, you will descend back to Interlaken, where you will have free time to explore the town and its traditional shops.

At the end of the day, you'll return to Geneva, arriving back around 9 pm.
