Join us for an exploration of the Caruggi of Genoa, where the city's enchanting aspects and historical narratives await your discovery.

Itinerary

We will convene at the agreed time at Piazza delle Fontane Marose, setting the stage for an engaging exploration through the iconic caruggi of Genoa, characterized by their delightful narrow paths exclusive to the Ligurian landscape.

These historic alleyways serve as connections between the hills and the Mediterranean, and to fully appreciate their stories, we will navigate the area on foot and utilizing public transport, enabling us to cover more ground.

Initially, we'll visit the highlights of the city, including the renowned Spianata di Castelletto and the caruggi adjacent to Porta delle Chiappe, where breathtaking views await. Prepare your cameras for some memorable shots!

Continuing our adventure, we will uncover the caruggi surrounding Piazza Campopisano. A brief stop will be made near Genoa Cathedral, providing an opportunity for a light snack if desired.

Our three-hour exploration will come to a close at the striking Albergo dei Poveri, the final highlight of our Caruggi di Genova experience.
